We fondly call Our Team, ‘TOF Missionaries’. These are full-time staff and volunteers who implement childcare, community development, outreach programs and community church pastoral team in the communities we serve.
In line with our mission, all TOF staff step in as ‘fathers’, ‘mothers’, ‘uncles’, ‘aunts’ and mentors to the children under our care.
